MY STORYAs a Certified Life Coach with over 38 years in youth development and mother of four, Twila French brings both professional insight and personal heart to this curriculum.
Everything I share, whether through life coaching or the pages of The Path to Discover Your True Core Self, comes from a place of lived experience and a genuine desire to see others thrive. I know what it feels like to search for clarity, confidence, and direction, and I also know the freedom that comes from finally discovering who you truly are. My hope is that this space feels like a safe invitation to explore, reflect, and grow, at your own pace, in your own way, with encouragement and support along the journey.
I envision a future where our youth receive not only academic education but also guidance in understanding their authentic selves. Integrating academic learning with self-discovery will empower students to live in a way that’s true to themselves.
As students grow more aware of their own truths, beliefs, and the importance of self-love, this awareness radiates outward, creating a deeper sense of connection, unity, and a rise of consciousness across all generations in our society.
